Pro QC’s quality engineers inspect product at different stages in the production process. Product inspections can be incorporated to evaluate product quality and determine conformity with client specifications. Inspectors employ ANSI Z1.4 standard sampling to evaluate workmanship, functionality, packaging, labeling, etc. We review and check against existing client specifications, and can assist in development of criteria as necessary.
Our engineers generally use Pro QC’s standard report forms. Sample reports can be provided upon request. Naturally it would not be an issue for us to use a client’s check lists or formats as well, or a hybrid approach can be adopted. Reports including images will always be available online within 24 hours of completion of the service.

Production planning is an administrative process that involves ensuring that sufficient raw materials, components, staff, and other outsourced processes such as secondary processing are procured to create finished products according to the specified schedule.
