When is Quality Recruitment & Resource Management Recommended?

Pro QC reviews interested applicants’ qualifications against your requirements. Pro QC arranges and hosts interviews between the client and the qualified candidate. Pro QC offers predictive analysis or other skill evaluations per request and conducts background and reference checks in most regions. Pro QC negotiates on your behalf, leveraging local knowledge of the market and expertise.
Recruitment & Management	Pro QC provides the activities noted above but can assist to manage the resources on your behalf. A monthly fee applies, with a minimum commitment required. Direct hire is an available option.
Short & Long-Term Contract Options	Pro QC identifies resources that meet your skill requirements and scheduling needs for special projects. Resources can be used on a short or long-term basis for as long as needed. If additional resources are required, or if current resources do not meet your expectations, Pro QC identifies and secures additional options at no additional cost to you.
