Using sub-standard material or components (e.g., lower-quality fabric than required)
Substituting lower-cost alternatives for product components (e.g., cheaper electronic components in a mobile phone)
“Quality fade” where suppliers make small, gradual substitutions in materials and components over time
Bulk material ordered by the supplier degrades over time due to poor storage conditions

Product Inspections in Turkey
Product inspections are a good quality control tool to ensure that the product appearance, functionality and other criteria are in compliance with your requirements. Our quality experts in Turkey are highly trained and experienced dealing with a variety of consumer and industrial products such as electrical appliances, mechanical parts, medical devices and much more.
Types of inspections:
First Article Inspection
Prior to the start of mass production, our local quality engineers verify that the engineering of the product—drawings, parts, functions and other specific requirements—conform to your specifications. This ensures requirements are well understood, verified and documented.
In-Process or In-Line Inspection
Detect errors before production is completed by verifying processes are reliable and consistent and that products coming off the line are in accordance with requirements.

Reduce the risk of receiving defective products before shipment. We provide detailed feedback and images documenting any non-conformities as part of our reports.
During inspections, engineers generally apply ANSI Z1.4 sampling plans to evaluate workmanship, functionality, packaging, labelling and other criteria. We can work with client specifications/checklists or provide Pro QC standard formats. Reports with images are available online within 24 hours of completion.
