Meet Our Teams
Sales team
Each customer is assigned an account manager who works as an advisor, providing customized solutions and experienced input to see each project through from start to finish.
Located in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, our sales teams communicate in several languages, ranging from English to Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese, enabling them to facilitate communication between our global customer base and factories.
Our account managers are also continuously trained on all aspects of customers’ potential requirements and are well versed in industry standards as well as quality control and assurance solutions. Recent training sessions have included PPAP, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
Quality Engineers
Each member of the quality engineering team at Pro QC has undergone a rigorous recruitment process to ensure they have the requisite technical skills and business ethics to work toward our vision of excellence.
Our quality engineers hold individual specializations for different industries. The team includes Softlines inspectors, Hardlines inspectors, Mechanical engineers, Electrical engineers, Mechatronics engineers, Automotive engineers, Welding engineers, and Coating and Painting inspectors. Each member of the team arrives with local language and culture expertise, offering familiarity with local documentation and ease of communication with factory workers and suppliers on the ground.
We encourage continuous professional development and education, and our engineering teams are backed by specialists who constantly upgrade and hone their skillsets in order to remain abreast of customers’ potential needs.
Auditors
As audit specialists, Pro QC holds the distinction of providing one of the largest ranges of audit services in the industry. Our highly skilled team of certified auditors around the world can carry out everything from supplier verification to standards covering the full gamut from ISO 9001 to ISO 13485, and VDA 6.3 – with high-level competence across many standards and many countries.
Our audit teams pride themselves on skill sets that include Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Supplier audits, and Process audits, Social Compliance audits, and Environmental audits, among others.
