We received some positive and reassuring feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Common quality objectives and a few helpful resources include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Establish (or improve) a supplier evaluation program.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Download our reference document that discusses Selecting &amp; Monitoring Suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Review some of our <a href=\"https:\/\/proqc.com\/services\/sample-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">audit and inspection reports <\/a>to assist with identifying considerations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Utilize existing inspection data to identify trends and make improvements.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Check out a previous <a href=\"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/fishbone-example-rejected-pre-shipment-inspections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blog post<\/a> where we use inspection data and a fishbone diagram to determine root cause.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up when opportunities for improvement exist. &nbsp;For example, consider a process audit when consistent defect trends are noted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Evaluate new suppliers.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review our&nbsp;example Initial Supplier Evaluation report form. &nbsp;We&#8217;ve identified the key areas you&#8217;ll want to consider.<\/li>\n<li>Check out a previous blog post where we use a <a href=\"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/selecting-suppliers-using-a-grid-analysis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">grid analysis<\/a> to help in new supplier selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For some New Year quality inspiration, check out our Quality Quotes page. &nbsp;Add any of your favorites to the comments!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The new year stands before us like a chapter in a book waiting to be written.
