{"id":1479,"date":"2013-04-10T15:16:47","date_gmt":"2013-04-10T15:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/?p=646"},"modified":"2022-07-19T05:05:57","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T05:05:57","slug":"your-shipment-is-rejected-what-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/your-shipment-is-rejected-what-now\/","title":{"rendered":"Your shipment is rejected, what now?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/quality-control-rejected-md.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-647\" src=\"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/quality-control-rejected-md.png\" alt=\"quality-control-rejected-md\" width=\"179\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a>Receiving a failing inspection report is never a happy\u00a0occasion\u00a0 \u00a0Shipment delays, rework costs, etc. all create tension among all parties involved. \u00a0But, put into perspective, the end result can be positive. \u00a0\u00a0When you see the &#8220;reject&#8221; status on the report, stay calm. \u00a0Attack the problem with three questions:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why did it fail?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Review the report carefully to determine what the issue(s) are. Was the failure of the result of one or more problems?
