{"id":1334,"date":"2015-05-07T17:38:28","date_gmt":"2015-05-07T17:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/?p=1334"},"modified":"2023-11-24T10:36:19","modified_gmt":"2023-11-24T10:36:19","slug":"wcqi-wrap-up-thank-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/wcqi-wrap-up-thank-you\/","title":{"rendered":"WCQI Wrap-Up &#8211; Thank You!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1335 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/proqc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Untitled-282x300-1.webp\" alt=\"Untitled\" width=\"253\" height=\"269\">We&#8217;ve just returned from the World Conference on Quality and Improvement and find ourselves already planning for 2016 in Milwaukee!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve attended the conference for many years but have only exhibited since 2013. &nbsp;This year, the event was held at The Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, TN and word on the street is that ASQ had record attendance with ~3,000 quality professionals.<\/p>\n<p>One thing that&#8217;s unique to this conference is the sense of community and strength in the pursuit of the mission to make a difference in the world through quality. &nbsp;We find ourselves right at home among clients, partners and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Pro QC&#8217;s General Manager, Thomas Kaiser, visited from Germany&nbsp;and Michael Mago attended as &nbsp;a representative of <a href=\"https:\/\/eds-international.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-D-S International<\/a>. &nbsp;Communications Director Jennifer Stepniowski attended from Tampa, FL and had an opportunity to present in one of the sessions Monday afternoon. &nbsp;She continues to be active in the organization and is working on a second certification as a CQA later this year.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Over the last few days, we have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and connect with people in a variety of industries. &nbsp;We are looking forward to following up!&nbsp;<\/em><em>Next up on our schedule is TexWorld in NYC from July 21st through the 23rd. We are attending to stay up-to-date in the industry and evaluate for exhibition next year. Our team in Asia will return to Hong Kong as an exhibitor at the <a href=\"http:\/\/tradeshow.globalsources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow noindex\">Global Sources<\/a> show in October. Also in October, Jennifer will have an opporutnity to participate in a Social&nbsp;Responsibility&nbsp;panel at ASQ&#8217;s Joint Technical&nbsp;Communities&nbsp;Conference. &nbsp;And, she will return as a speaker at ASQ&#8217;s&nbsp; Annual Service Conference in September. In November, we&#8217;ll attend MedTech World in Orlando.
