Arnulfo Navarro Hernandez (Mexico)

Arnulfo Navarro Hernandez has worked with Pro QC for nearly a year and is located in Guadalajara, Mexico. He joined the North America team at a critical time, as we were in the process of certifying our testing lab in Monterrey.

Arnulfo started as the Quality Manager of the testing lab and has since expanded his role to assist us in developing business throughout the region. His general responsibilities include developing contracted resources and new clients, supporting and supervising the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 testing laboratory and organizing various training sessions offered throughout the country there. Arnulfo has proven very quickly that he is able to learn and adapt to new challenges. His creative thinking and motivated approach to opportunities is appreciated as we continue to expand within the area.

Arnulfo's background includes a B.A. in Business Management by UVM. Additional quality training includes ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NOM-046-SCFI-1999. His next goal is to study a master's degree in engineering with a specialty in quality systems and productivity.

When asked what he enjoys most about working with Pro QC, Arnulfo says "he likes what we do in helping find solutions that elevate the quality of services, products, and people." He continued to add that he "enjoys working with the Pro QC team" and "loves that we provide quality assurance in various industries and assist manufacturers to advance their quality standards."

When he's not out developing Pro QC in Mexico, Arnulfo can be found watching sports, particularly soccer. Arnulfo actually played soccer for two decades until an unfortunate accident resulted in him taking leave. These days, he enjoys travel, reading a good book, and mostly spending time with his "superhero" wife and children ages 3, 5 16 and 17.

We owe Arnulfo a great deal of thanks for his assistance in getting our testing laboratory certified. In addition, we are grateful to have him working with the team and leading our efforts in Mexico.
