World Quality Month Recap - Our Favorite Quotes

November marked the 2nd annual World Quality Month and was observed and recognized as an effort to "raise the voice" of quality. In recognition of World Quality Month, Pro QC took quality outside of work and posted an interesting blog article relating to the use of everyday quality tools. Jennifer Stepniowski is also celebrating her first month as an ASQ Certified Quality Manager of Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE). She is looking forward to serving as Education Chair for the Tampa/St. Pete ASQ section in the coming year.
